A fantastic company based in Aylesbury is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively process customers’ orders via, calls, emails, or web orders
- Outstanding communication skills
- Determine customer requirements and identify the best solutions with the company processes and procedures
- Process and manage enquiries, sales orders and assisting the accounts team with invoice queries
- Resolve customer complaints and queries in a professional and reassuring manner and in accordance with company policy.
- Developing and maintaining great relationships with distributors
- Communicating with internal departments
- Accountability for individual performance
Experience:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Confident with dealing with people at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a wider team and individually
- Adaptable/flexible/motivated
